If the tip calculations aren't updating on frames it might be because of this. I did a review on some of them. None of them are updating and everything is frozen.

FYI: It appears Warpcast has not been publishing casts to hubs today.  As a result, tips are not being counted. It is unclear if once the issue resolves the tip casts will republished for us to include them. We will keep everyone updated as we learn more.
