Spotlight for me is super slow and often times has bad results Raycast is snappy, customizable, has super useful built in commands (timezone/currency conversions, window management, quicklinks), ability to create custom scripts (get gas price - or make any API call - in a few keystrokes), and good 3rd party extensions
