get it off the exchange.and stake it.what you have in your meta mask.goto xennetwork and stake it for 30days. unstake it and restake it. rinse and repeat.. do not stake as an nft.cost more and your locked in for the term.. use the simple stake. if you early unstake you just lose yield only.
