There are three types of crypto projects:
Group A: These projects never mention an airdrop, but eventually launch with a surprise and reward all real users who interacted with the protocol. As a result, everyone is happy.
Examples: Optimism, Goldfinch, Arbitrum, Jupiter, Pengu
Group B: These projects introduce a clear and fair points system, which later converts into tokens. People expect future rewards in advance, as the projects already introduced a transparent points system. In the end, rewards are distributed fairly.
Examples: Lista, Aevo, EigenLayer
Group C: These projects loudly announce an airdrop early on to attract a massive user base, launch endless campaigns, and farm the audience for years. They appear loyal and kind during the farming phase, but when the time for TGE comes, they start coming up with endless excuses for not distributing the promised airdrop. In the end — complete disappointment.
Examples: KiloEx, zkLink and others.
Which projects would you place in each of these categories? 0 reply
