According to Bloomberg, a man named Larry Harmon from Ohio, USA, has been sentenced to more than three years in prison for assisting criminals in laundering over $300 million worth of Bitcoin drug funds. Harmon once operated the Bitcoin mixer Helix on the dark web, helping hundreds of drug dealers evade tracking. Despite his serious behavior, the judge granted lenient treatment for Harmon's assistance in prosecuting other cryptocurrency cases in the United States.
