would be nice to see the drop directly in the preview instead of having to click, think it makes a big difference in the value of the email itself

I'd be curious to see what the click-through rate is for the drop links

Also I find it difficult at first glance to see whether it’s a drop or whether it’s a new subscriber. 

Although I have the onboarding guide on the front page a lot of my customers don’t read through it. So I have to open the email and then manually add them to the chat. Would love to skip a step and take action based on the notification.

Agreed! I feel like it could help build excitement on what is actually being dropped
