struggling with content distribution rn. been consistent on the writing part, but need to share more screenshots/highlights, use the TG channel, etc. idk why I'm so lazy about it. arguably the writing part is harder but I still get that done 2x/week. when it comes to sharing after publishing, I'm slacking hard

Saw this all the time with writers. Publishing a post is already a ton of work, making sharing afterwards just that much harder. It's kind of like running a half-marathon, crossing the finish line, then having to run a few extra miles. A *lot* of writers also don't like being self-promotional, which totally makes sense. One thing we want to work on is making it much easier for writers to share their work. e.g., Something like auto-casting or making it really easy to cast from Paragraph after you publish a post.

Personally-- i dont believe that lazy is a real thing, just a concept invented by the productivity gods. Sometimes, it’s totally okay to just be. Maybe the “slacking” on sharing is just your mind telling you to take a breather -- you’ll find a rhythm for distribution that feels natural. No need to force it.

I think it’s the promotion vs publication energy, they’re quite different in my experience Might be good to take some time to do a reset on how you think about distributing the promotional content to be more sustainable?
