Because of RL, I haven't been able to introduce myself sooner, 🙏 so I made a short video with some of my work to do it. I'm Yatima which it's not my real name, and I'm not a girl 😅 . I live in Spain, and out there I work in VFX. In here, I do whatever I like to have fun, mostly 3D animation using simulations as a base. Music credits are "Tormenta Mental" by Lÿ & Sersoul. Beautiful song. 🖤 If you don’t mind, I’d also love to hold a little contest for those watching this cast who are already familiar with my work. In the video, there’s a snippet from a piece I’ve never shown before. I’s the only one not for sale, and in fact, it’s not even finished. 500 DEGEN to whoever can tell me which one it is. 😁 🖤

Yes, it’s a fascinating concept. As you say, teleportation as such doesn’t really exist in scifi afaik. There’s a fantastic book by Clifford D. Simak that deals precisely with this, 'Way Station'. Also, as far as I know, the laws of physics themselves prevent a perfect copy. If the observer influences the observed, the analysis process can’t be 100% accurate. Makes you think, doesn’t it? 🖤 🖤

More than a copy, I see it as a duplicate that thinks like you, feels like you, and whose personality is shaped by the same experiences. Basically, she would be you. You wouldn’t even know if you’re the copy. In fact, neither you nor I know rn 😅 . Who knows? I’ve come across quite a few people who reject the idea, not bc the concept itself, but bc the immortality associated with it. I have a theory about that, but yeah, it’d be much better discussed over a glass of wine. Or a couple of bottles. 😂 🖤 🖤

Black is cool! 🤘 100% of ninjas couldn't be wrong. 😂 😂 And as much as I love the color orange, it must be admitted that it’s hard to wear unless you’re dressing up for Halloween like you did. That said, I have an orange umbrella that’s absolutely gorgeous. 😁 🖤
