What is the best way to improve vo2 Max while not losing too much muscle mass? My vo2 max is very low for my age.

If vo2 max is very low, it’s actually quite easy to improve. You have to be consistent. That’s the most important part. You can just train 2x a week in zone 2 and it will improve already. If you want to do more you can do 1x zone 2 and 1x norwegian 4x4 Running will not make you lose muscle mass. If you don’t lift you will lose muscle mass:)
