With Trazodone I would be cautious > trazodone carries a risk of causing suicidal thoughts and behaviors in children, adolescents, and young adults with major depressive disorder and other psychiatric disorders in short-term studies

Never happened to me, but thanks for the heads-up! 1. This caveat seems to apply only to people with depression and other psychiatric disorders 2. The doses for sleep are much lower than those for depression, anyway
