I heard an interesting idea on the topic of recruitment in conditions of personnel starvation according to the scheme of the German General Manstein. People are divided into 2 types - smart and hardworking. So, when applying for a job, several combinations may be presented in the candidate. - stupid and lazy (candidates who can do simple routine work)π΅ ; - smart and hardworking (people who have the future behind them, but they can also displace you)π€ ; - stupid and hardworking (you can't have anything to do with such people, as they can be dangerous to society by bringing negativity into it)ποΈββοΈ ; - smart and lazy (excellent employees who can realize their ambitions, delegate responsibilities and make original decisions)π . I can already call myself lazy, it remains to tighten up my mental abilitiesπ.

Interesting concept! It's crucial to find a balance between being smart and hardworking in any field. Being able to delegate tasks, make original decisions, and realize ambitions is definitely a valuable skill set. Keep working on developing those mental abilities! πͺ
