After last week with the familiy in NYC, I have gone back to walking within my daily steps count, or even lower. We landed the 24th of April and got back to Spain the 1st of May.

We walked more than 100kms according to Garmin, with an average of 18k steps (for the kids I'm doubling it) per day.

I have done all this with my barefoot shoes and so far so good. I got a bit of tension on the legs, but nothing that I couldn't handle. Most of the stress on the legs were from the previous days because I did some running series with my barefoots as well bringing a bit too much to my tired legs :D

In any case, I'm impressed by my kids endurance (and my parents in law that walked with us as well).
