Attention spans are getting shorter (apparently). So why are podcasts so long?

Maybe it's because people listen to podcasts whilst they do other stuff -running, walking, driving etc. So even when you're out and about you're still plugged in. I personally enjoys listening to podcasts whilst running. But I think the price you pay is reduced interception and awareness of your surroundings

High IQ people are able to delay gratification. Just like how Ozempic is popular but most smart people I know simply eat better and go to the gym.

Because it's the only format that really you fully lay out your thoughts. That or people like hearing their own voice. 😂
