+ against - think it’s irresponsible governance to give Nouns and funding to proposers with an unfinished proposal, in this case a $650,000 one prominent Nouns voters seem to change their bar for quality up or down depending on who is proposing; other voters move with them for the sake of “alignment.” few and far between does any proposer get a call to clarify details. makes the whole process feel like inside baseball rather than meritocratic democracy. woe to the well-intentioned stranger who gets voted down because they’re not in the club don’t think this is a proposal that passes if someone else were proposing. would also hope to see substantial progress made on prop 450 before any further requests for funding, ie a signed lease agreement on a space with design sketches for interior layout & design
