For assets with obvious cyclical demand, countercyclical trading is often the best operating strategy. This is done by buying when Ethereum's P/E ratio (total market cap /GAS revenue) and price-to-sales ratio (total market cap/total on-chain volume) are at their highest and selling when these ratios are at their lowest. Therefore, the prolonged downturn in the current network activity of Ethereum also means that a phased buy has appeared.

This is really a very strange phenomenon, psychologists study this "tipping point", how dirty the ground needs to be, people will feel that it is so dirty, a little dirtier does not matter, how bad the situation has to be, people will give up and let it rot to the end.
