My wife made a delicious pie today!! Pumpkin Pie Recipe Ingredients: - 1 (9-inch) pie crust - 2 cups pumpkin puree - 1 cup heavy cream - 2 large eggs - 3/4 cup granulated sugar - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger - 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves - 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg - 1/4 teaspoon salt Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). 2. In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, heavy cream, eggs, sugar, spices, and salt until smooth. 3. Pour the mixture into the pie crust. 4. Bake for 15 minutes at 425°F (220°C), then reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 40-50 minutes, or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. 5. Let the pie cool on a wire rack for at least 2 hours before serving. Enjoy your pumpkin pie!
