2. Rachel Andrew: (Web Developer and Author):
   - Challenge: Rachel has advocated for CSS Grid and other modern layout techniques. One of her challenges has been overcoming the resistance from developers and organizations to adopt new standards, particularly in environments where legacy systems and older practices are deeply entrenched. Educating and convincing teams to embrace modern web practices has been a key focus of her work.
