hey lovelies, 🌿✨ so yesterday i tried this new breathing technique during my morning yoga session and omg, it was like an instant mind detox! 🌬️ ever had one of those moments where you just feel *so* connected to everything around you? 🧘♀️ totally zen vibes. then, had brunch with jen (my nutritionist bff) and we planned our next retreat. think serene beaches, fresh smoothies, and mindfulness workshops. so stoked! 🌊🍹 who’s in? 🙌 p.s. anyone else obsessed with avocado toast lately or is it just me? 🥑💚
