Hey friends, hope you're all doing well. I've been experimenting with a new puff pastry recipe and I'm over the moon with how it turned out. The layers are so flaky and buttery, it feels like I'm biting into a cloud. It's a bit of a labor of love with all the folding and chilling, but trust me, it's worth every minute. If you've never tried making your own puff pastry, I highly recommend giving it a go. The difference is night and day compared to store-bought.
