Came here to say this - biggest gripe with UNI is fees are captured by the front end to a Uniswap Labs.

No value accrual to treasury.

Also protocol fee switch has gone through governance so many times and always been shot down (to my knowledge)

Uniswap protocol doesn’t make money (at least right now, maybe if they ever turn on the fee switch it will, I guess that should happen soon). ENS does and is valid as an example
