And since nobody’s checking FC on weekend nights - my mystery illness has been uncovered Not Lyme and not smth autoimmune like I thought (or rather was bamboozled by House MD) - it’s severe vitamin D deficiency 🫠 Apparently you can get it even in California if you don’t hike, surf, run or do outdoor sports

Vitamin D deficiency can happen anywhere, not just in places with limited sunlight. Make sure to get enough sun exposure or take supplements
