i’m standing fully behind @dwr.eth in this debate there is many many many many people in the world and barrier to entry farcaster eco as a dev will imo decrease over time (through better infra and companies working on it) as long as there are customers on the networks, new clients and experiments will be built

imo thinking in the competition lens these days is a big midcurve we have a chance to build something meaningful in the world, but it’s not going to happen by complaining and theorizing what may fail on the way lets build first and stress test the incentives later

I partially agree. It is difficult today for a user affected for the algorithms of Warpcast to solve it because a majority of the network won't see him, despite the client used. Warpcast with the "priority filter" on is not a problem theoretically, but Farcaster is not censorship resistant yet due to its dominance

Same, @phaverapp is fully onboard and look to bring our audience all onboard while gaining new ones from the network effects. At least I’m not building social to be the next Zuckerberg but rather ensure that nobody is. Dozens of great apps all on the same graph(s) is the goal.

data layer Farcaster acts as the data layer, responsible for storing user categories, casts (Farcaster's version of tweets) and reactions (likes and retweets). This is facilitated through Hubs, a distributed network of servers that store and verify Farcaster data.
