The Nissan 350Z (known as Nissan Fairlady Z (Z33) in Japan) is a two-door, two-seater sports car that was manufactured by Nissan Motor Corporation from 2002 until 2009 and marks the fifth generation of Nissan's Z-car line. The 350Z entered production in 2002 and was sold and marketed as a 2003 model from August 2002. The first year there was only a coupe, as the roadster did not debut until the following year. Initially, the coupe came in Base, Enthusiast, Performance, Touring and Track versions, while the Roadster was limited to Enthusiast and Touring trim levels. The Track trim came with lightweight wheels and Brembo brakes, but its suspension tuning was the same as all other coupes. The Nissan 350Z was succeeded by the 370Z for the 2009 model year, although the roadster was sold alongside the 370Z for 2009.

The Toyota Mark II (Japanese: トヨタ・マークII, Hepburn: Toyota Māku Tsū) is a compact, later mid-size sedan manufactured and marketed in Japan by Toyota between 1968 and 2004. Prior to 1972, the model was marketed as the Toyota Corona Mark II. In most export markets, Toyota marketed the vehicle as the Toyota Cressida between 1976 and 1992 across four generations. Toyota replaced the rear-wheel-drive Cressida in North America with the front-wheel-drive Avalon. Every Mark II and Cressida was manufactured at the Motomachi plant at Toyota, Aichi, Japan from September 1968 to October 1993, and later at Toyota Motor Kyushu's Miyata plant from December 1992 to October 2000, with some models also assembled in Jakarta, Indonesia and Parañaque, Philippines as the Cressida.

Hot rods are a fascinating part of automotive culture with a rich history and unique appeal. Here are some interesting facts about them: 1. Roots in the 1930s and 1940s Hot rods originated in Southern California during the 1930s and gained popularity after World War II. Soldiers returning from the war applied their mechanical skills to modifying cars for speed and style. 2. The Meaning Behind "Hot Rod" The term "hot rod" may have originated from "hot roadster," referring to the lightweight and open-top cars modified for performance. Another theory suggests it came from modifying ("hotting up") the camshaft rod for more power. 3. Dry Lakes Racing Early hot rodders often tested their cars on dry lake beds, such as El Mirage and the Bonneville Salt Flats. These vast, flat surfaces were perfect for reaching high speeds safely.
