What do [good] product managers do? Research, decide, and explain what the product should do and look like in language everyone can understand (user stories & flows, acceptance criteria, and mockups). Then work with the actual wizards to translate that into code and bring it to life. Finally, use all available data, context, and intuition to decide and explain how to evolve the product from there. ♻️ Bonus points if they can get their hands dirty and support the wizards on the front line to make their jobs as simple as possible, knock out basic tasks, ensure alignment, and keep them focused on the critical tasks only they can do. This results in a conjoined triangle of success, achieving a harmonious culture of continuous integration of both incremental improvements and new features that users love πŸ’œ
