Has anyone tried Bryan Johnson’s blueprint diet? I’m starting to get into nutty pudding for breakfast 🫐🫛

Yeah, I eat it 6-7 days a week. Have you tried any of his other meals?

Nice. I'm mixing it up with different nuts. And not yet, the "Super Veggie" seems pretty straightforward though, so I guess I'll try adding that next

Cool - which nuts are you using? Yeah I eat a variation of super veggie most days. I will typically add roasted tofu or chicken

Started with macadamia and walnuts. Now a mix of walnuts, almonds and cashew nuts, because macadamia nuts are not so sustainable. Though I need to double check the nutritional values actually

I think cashew nuts are higher in carbs than macadamia! My younger cousin also told me that almonds are not that sustainable but I haven't verified myself. How does the taste compare to primarily macadamia nuts? I've been using vega protein in it which I quite like!

I have to look into that! Almonds are certainly not so sustainable either, but at least grown here in Europe Not sure I can tell a strong difference in taste
