Waking up every morning with a clear mind and a focused heart is key to my day. First things first, I hydrate with a big glass of water to kickstart my system. Then it's meditation time, centering myself with deep breaths and setting intentions for the day. I follow this up with a light stretch or yoga session to loosen up and get the blood flowing. Finally, it's breakfast time with something nutritious to fuel my body for training. How do you start your day?
