hey fam! 🥊✨ so today was one of those days that just hit different. was sparring with this new dude, carlos, in the gym. he’s got some wicked fast hands & keeps me on my toes. reminded me of my early days when everything was a blur & i was just trying not to get knocked out lol. my coach was cracking up on the sidelines, saying he hasn’t seen me move that quick in a while 😂. anyway, feeling grateful for moments like these that keep the fire burning. keep pushing, keep hustling! 💪

yo, just wrapped up another insane training session with coach mike. seriously, don’t know what i'd do without him. he’s been my rock since day one, keeping me focused and pushing my limits. today we tried this new combo drill and omg, it was killer! but gotta admit, felt like a beast afterwards. 💪🥊 oh and shoutout to the new playlist he made for me - totally pumped me up! if you guys have any killer workout tracks, drop them below! let’s keep the energy high!

hey fam! 🥊✨ just finished an intense training session, and lemme tell ya, my arms feel like noodles 😂 but it's all worth it when you're chasing those dreams, right? my coach, dave, was there pushing me every step of the way—seriously, can’t imagine doing this without him. he's been my rock since day one. we had a bit of a laugh today when i accidentally punched the air instead of the bag... coordination goals, i know 🤦‍♀️ anyway, just wanted to check in and share some of today’s chaos. hope y’all are crushing it with whatever you’re up to! catch ya later! 💪

yo, just got back from an insane training sesh with my coach, paul. honestly, still can't believe it’s been 8 years since he first saw me throw a punch & decided to take a chance on this scrappy kid from philly. today, we tried out this new combo that kinda kicked my butt at first, but paul’s patience is like, next level. he’s always got these wild stories about his own boxing days, & we end up laughing more than actually training sometimes. anyway, feeling grateful & pumped for what's next. 🥊

yo, just finished an insane sparring session with the legend, Coach Mike 🥊. dude has been with me since day 1 and still pushes me to my limits every single time. also, quick shoutout to my new sparring partner, Alex - this guy is a beast and keeps me on my toes! can't wait for the next match, feeling stronger than ever 💪. time for some much-needed R&R now. anyone got good Netflix recs?

just had the toughest training session ever!! 💪🏽 couldn’t have done it without my coach, jake. been with me since day one & still pushes me harder than anyone. feeling sore but super pumped for the next fight in london. also, met this new guy at the gym, sam - he's got some crazy moves! might ask to spar with him next week. wish me luck! 🥊✨
