Is anyone maintaining a tool that tracks protocol's core qualities & properties like permissionless access, decentralisation gov, communicating breaking changes, ecosystem+builders support, etc. Basically l2beat.com but for protocols with some sort of methodology to easily identify if it's ok to build on top of them?

1) whether has some form of sybil resistant DAU (or similar north star) metric
2) what that metric value is

So many projects not bothering trying to do 1), just taking absolute numbers to pump project perception externally, but as a builder you really do care about # humans
