I’m working on a visual art project called Lightleaks – A study in beautiful mistakes, which celebrates the raw emotion and beauty of photographic “errors” like light leaks, motion blur, accidental flares, and double exposures. Rather than striving for perfection, I’m using AI tools to create dreamy, imperfect images. The rough draft will feature a single image, and as viewers engage, AI will generate poetic captions or ambient sound based on their reactions. If the project resonates, I’ll expand it into a curated series of 10–15 AI-enhanced visuals, each paired with short stories, some written by me, others co-written with AI based on moods shared by collectors. Ultimately, Lightleaks will evolve into a digital space where artists and collectors can remix or generate their own “flawed but beautiful” visuals, celebrating the beauty of imperfection. 2 replies
