Southgate's team is literally the embodiment of what England is now in football: a lot of pathos, an emphasis on sales through social media and working with the press, the biggest money, a lot of opportunities, but no dominant position, just hype for money, which creates the illusion of a dominant position with zero interest in sporting success.
