Finally signed up for Neynar so I could create some frames myself. But I'm no dev & freeze up when faced w/ a CLI. Looked at the docs @rish & thought this page would guide me, but am still lost: https://docs.neynar.com/docs/how-to-build-farcaster-frames-with-neynar

Why don’t you use the frame studio inside dev.neynar.com if you want to build frames without code?

That’s exactly what I was looking for. I couldn’t find that page from where I was. My user journey:
- at dev.neynar.com & read thru page (didn’t look at sidebar)
- at page bottom, clicked “Our guides to get started.”
- Once in docs, never saw reference to Frame Studio🤔
- Casted

Frame actions aren’t onchain, so there’s nothing to be funded (except whatever costs associated with hosting or a /neynar or /glass account). Mint costs (if that’s the call to action for your frame) are borne by the user, but I’ve seen frames provide free and gasless mints for users.

noob ques - i just havne't looked hard enough, does this need to be funded by the creator? or the user can pay for the frame actions?
