Agree on both of these (my 2.5 yr o is jamming on #2 right now) My vision is actually way better than with contacts. I have between 20-15 and 20-10 vision now post LASIK But this guy takes the cake - been making amazing 🥶 ☕️ since 2016 https://i.imgur.com/dOxSufH.jpg

So you and @les are saying I should check out lasik? Would be cool if it improved my eyesight, but that’s not guaranteed right? I always thought it was just a surgery done for convenience (no more worrying about glasses & contacts). Are there other benefits I’m not realizing?

There are real medical risks to prolonged use of contacts. The eye is a living organism that evolved over thousands of yrs to be in contact with o2 and contacts block that tangibly, I wake up w/ HD viz, almost 2x the viz I had w/ contacts. https://www.fda.gov/medical-devices/contact-lenses/contact-lens-risks
