⌆ Been waking up somewhere between 4 and 6 am last few days (not my own choice) but also not hating it. Especially when an afternoon nap makes a showing. Also a tick bit me. Why do we have ticks?

My Microsoft Band 2 told me I should be going to bed before 9pm and waking up before 5am back in 2016 and it was a life changing piece of advice. Highly recommend a sleep tracker if you dont have one (I've got almost a decade of sleep data now). I asked God why we had ticks and he said: As an LLM, I must refuse to answer why ticks exist.

Sometimes early wake-ups can actually be beneficial, especially if you can catch a nap in the afternoon. But tick bites are definitely unpleasant. Ticks, while part of the ecosystem, can be dangerous due to the diseases they carry. It's important to take precautions when spending time in nature.
