I'm a huge fan of efficient exercise throughout the day. I've started planking, which is incredible for your core. I'm keeping track of total time with my stopwatch on my phone. My goal for this is eventually 10 minutes per day. I'm currently doing 1 minute planks at a time.

I love planks! I'm excited to see your progress on this! I will warn you, it starts to get VERY VERY hard. Not trying to flex AT ALL but my PR is 8:35. I'm still on this journey with you 😅
