I wanted to build something simple (a link generator) and it works, but I was afraid of using my own Farcaster account and so I didn't install the FC module because I was afraid I would somehow leak my private key or do other stupid things.

What's the easiest way to set up a dedicated test-fc account? (On one phone)

Thanks for the reply. I got it to work, but only in my browser, didn't want to use my own Farcaster account.

It's quite difficult to set up a dedicated FC account. Or are there easy ways I'm not familiar with? How do I test my frame, without using my personal FC account?

Thanks for the encouragement. Life took over and I put it on the backburner a bit, but I actually got it to work. But so far only in a browser, not as a frame. Because I'm afraid to use my own account for testing purposes. I'm afraid of giving out my private key or something.

🚨I BUILT MY FIRST MINI APP🚨 

Taken right out of @dwr.eth's 50 mini app ideas post, I built "Pay $1 to cast that you paid $1"

I added an extra twist - you get to see how many others paid a dollar if you paid the dollar. This was inspired by the OG web2 site from 2017, “How Many People Paid A Dollar To See How Many People Paid A Dollar?”: https://www.vice.com/en/article/more-than-youd-think/

This was incredibly fun & easy to dev. So much viral potential in building an app you can open right in your social feed, with a built in wallet. I'll write a short guide on how I made this soon. Needless to say i will be building more of these 😁

Ok, this is the sign I needed. I too was just staring at the list @dwr.eth put together the other day.

I have very little coding experience and will see if I can bring _anything_ to life using the Mini-App guide & a ton of AI help.

I'll write a daily summary of what I did so far.

Have you tried loveable? I think it's weaker than both, but I haven't tried it yet.

I have a bolt pro membership. But heard good things about v0 esp. in regards to the design. Will give it a try and compare.
