Woohoo!! My very first print on my new printer! Only 5x7 and straight from my phone with no color calibration or paper profile, but it did a pretty good job! It is awesome to see my work in print, even if it is still small! Now to get all the software/drivers/profiles on my Mac and dust off Lightroom and do some real prints!

What printer did you go with? Mine is woefully out of date so I've been thinking about a new one

I got a Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-1000. It's a giclee printer that can print up to 17x22" (actually, it can take rolls too, so actually much larger with 17" as the smaller size). There's a lot to learn about printing since the last time I had a nice printer, and a lot to figure out about fine art paper printing, too!
