Purely from a token performance perspective, the only thing Arbitrum did wrong was doing all-in single airdrop rather than Multi-Phase like @optimism Multi-Phase is the best option right now to iterate and retain users e.g Eigen, Renzo, Etherfi

Yeah i prefer phases too cause some of these i got in a bit late for season 1 so at least you get another shot
