That's why most will recommend storing a percentage of the folio in BTC. Since the inception of crypto, many projects have come and vanished, some even flipped it for a short period, but BTC continues to display evidence of a digital store of value.

I swaped the BTC I had left for ETH. I get the the sov narrative and I think most of the valuation of ETH also comes from it. But after playing in DeFi I certainly prefer my sov pogrammable (and private soon tm). At the end of the day it seems to be a social construct and bitcoiners did a great job at selling the world their view even though the memepool is empty..Intereating times
