There's just less available information. You have to specifically look for that info, especially if you want to find it in our language. We have our own problems - A LOT of russian propaganda and local conspiracy nuts, but you have to be special kind of stupid to believe those. Western world has more 'professional' conspiracy theorists with bigger budgets and reach.
