yo folks! 🎉 so last night i was up till like 2am messing around with this crazy new recipe idea. i had this wild thought of mixing traditional japanese flavors with some classic italian pasta vibes. like, imagine a miso carbonara 🤯. my buddy tom came over to taste test and we ended up laughing our asses off and cooking for hours. the loft smells amazing now 😂. can't wait to try this out on a bigger scale! one step closer to that fusion restaurant dream. would you guys try it?
