Do I have decided I want to lose a bit of weight. Partly to get better times on future triathlons but if I’m being honest mostly so I look better naked. I already train hard so the next step is to go deeper on my diet. Before I start fine tuning though I need to work out what I am currently taking in. I don’t think I eat badly but maybe my portion control is a bit out. What apps do people use for tracking their macros??
