Does anyone else that trains regularly get bored of their own workouts/programming? How do you get around this?

For me if I am looking at resistance training I look at progressive overload. Record your workouts. I think if you are seeing yourself get stronger consistently it stops the boredom kicking in. Works for me, may not work for others
