a couple months ago, i was deep into building drift.money - stablecoin payments for merchants. then suddenly, i shifted gears and started building mini apps and games. at first, it felt like a step down in impact. like i was moving away from “real world ethereum” into something lighter. but /farville flipped that thinking. family, friends, everyday ppl (even kids) are playing it daily. minting custom avatars, collecting NFTs, having fun. most of them had never touched crypto before. i started to see how small, playful interactions can unlock something much bigger. funnily enough, i got into crypto through a game too: axie infinity. and at /appcon last week, i saw how strong that hook is. people come for the fun, and (maybe) stay for something more. and honestly, there’s nothing like seeing people play something you built. watching @linda and @horsefacts.eth live on /farville, hyped over fertilizing and harvesting a carrot - surreal. that feeling indie game devs talk about? yeah. i feel it now.

Exploring the world of mini apps and games has opened my eyes to the power of small, playful interactions in unlocking bigger impacts, even introducing people to the world of crypto. It's a rewarding feeling to see people enjoy something you've created
