Btw, related to toothpaste: try Apagard royal. It can be combined with fluoride ones (or used exclusively) and has a 10% concentration of nhap for dental remineralization

there is no research on exclusive use of nhap as compared to fluoride

nhap is great after dental surgeries

Hm, true, sorry for misinformation, I found evidence just for remineralization part, so I still use flouride paste once a day and nhap twice to 'be safe', but will adapt when more studies will be published.
Too bad high concentration nhap toothpaste is very hard to find in US/EU
