gm, most of the health advice on the internet is harmful e.g., "don't use sunscreen" or "avoid fluoride in toothpaste" first leads to skin cancer, second leads to more cavities whenever someone is trying to give you health advice, ask for peer reviewed research

Btw, related to toothpaste: try Apagard royal. It can be combined with fluoride ones (or used exclusively) and has a 10% concentration of nhap for dental remineralization

Hm, true, sorry for misinformation, I found evidence just for remineralization part, so I still use flouride paste once a day and nhap twice to 'be safe', but will adapt when more studies will be published. Too bad high concentration nhap toothpaste is very hard to find in US/EU
