i felt severely under-appreciated and in a box anywhere where i worked as an employee

i felt like i could be changing the world if only i had a great team of devs whom i can lead

every time i tried when being an employee i failed because my bosses didn't see far enough

now, i love being among the ship crew and rowing together — there's something primal about it, something satisfying

however, i felt like i grew out of it and now i want to take people with me adventuring to find the next el dorado in unknown territories

it's like being tied to a planet before vs having a spaceship
