It's been 10 days since Season 1 of the WalletConnect Airdrop ushered in a new era for WalletConnect, marking the first time in the network's history that individuals can contribute to its future through ownership of the WalletConnect Token.

So, how does that look today?

Season 1 of the airdrop saw a total allocation of 30 million WCT tokens reserved for users.

Of the total number of tokens allocated, over 23 million have already been claimed by the community

With more than 120,000 users having successfully claimed already

And over 10 million tokens - 43% of those claimed - now staked to the network.

Like this. Staked day one. Never unstaked. Site shows no rewards, shows tokens unstaked, but aren't. (?)

I go to the stake menu to restake, it shows they are staked. I go to unstake, can't unstake. 🤷‍♂️

I linked all my wallets to 1 GitHub account. not eligible. while many people make 1 account 1 wallet they are eligible. they create 20 accounts for their 20 wallets, all of them are eligible. the wct team was ridiculous in detecting sybil.
