I am currently unable to issue a funtoken because I am afraid of the legal aspects of the country I live in. Is a phantoken considered a proprietary token? In my country, it is a crime to issue a proprietary token and sell it without authorization.

Fan tokens are not tradable tokens. You cannot send them person to person or create secondary exchanges. We (moxie team) took great precautions so users don’t need to worry about them being securities.
