This May, I’m finally locking in the team: - Frontend dev onboard - UI/UX designer next - Backend hire to follow - Plus: office, equipment, full setup These aren’t junior hires. These are 10–15 year vets with serious track records. Here’s what we’re doing: - Fixing current UX issues - Polishing the frame - Updating the landing page - Then: deep UX research before we write a line of code for the app We’re moving to 2-week sprints, with regular updates and releases. Here’s one of mine. Spent a week there in Feb and saw… lots of waterfalls. Don’t happen to remember which foss this was; they were all beautiful. It was a common one and easy to reach.

turns out, proxy is someone else. someone I knew from years back. someone with a complicated history. but yeah, good friends are hard to come by… especially in a space rife with fraud and misrepresentation.
