i think if we use other FC clients there's risk of marked as spam. Also most of notifications,comments,likes and follows are hidden in WC.

because farcaster is a protocol and client diversity matters.

for blockchains and protocols...
but also for web2 services like reddit and twitter.

for farcaster it's how we become more censorship resistant (among other things)
