Yep, expected. I'm sure there will be tiers for most (not all) user types. But allowances need to be expensive to curtail farming and refocus participation among the most committed holders. Too cheap and we solve zero problems. Too expensive and it becomes a whale game.

fair point. it's /really/ hard to keep staking from being a whale game in any case. whales /also/ have time advantage because they're gigantic.

If the tiers are based on lock duration, that would be a good thing. If it is based mostly on amount locked it will just be a whale game.
